About Mike
Ready On Day One
For more than two decades, I've served my neighbors through leadership in government, the private sector, the nonprofit sector, church ministry and as President of the Westfield Plan Commission. I'm ready to put that experience to work making thoughtful decisions and serving the people of Westfield from day one.
Family is Everything
Everything we do is centered around our family. We want our children to grow up in a community that is safe, welcoming, and full of opportunity. I believe that's the kind of Westfield every family deserves, and it's what inspires me to serve.

Common Sense Leadership
I believe good leadership starts with listening, treating people with respect, and making decisions based on facts, not politics. Westfield deserves thoughtful, transparent leadership that puts people first and focuses on finding solutions.
Prepared to Serve
I believe serving others means being prepared to lead. Along with more than two decades of leadership experience, earning my Master's degree in Management and Leadership strengthened my commitment to thoughtful decision-making, servant leadership, and continuous learning.
Faith is Our Foundation
Faith in Jesus is the foundation of our lives. It guides every aspect of who we are and what we do. We attend Traders Point Christian Church on 136th Street. Mike has served as a volunteer worship leader there for over 8 years.Â
"I believe leadership is about stewardship. It is about caring for what we've been given and leaving it better than we found it. That's the commitment I'll bring to every decision I make for Westfield."Â - Mike
